## Rates

All rates in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), per day, per scooter. The rate drops
automatically with the length of the rental — there are no promo codes.

- Budget (50–110cc, e.g. Yamaha Fazzio): 115k IDR/day from 2 days, 100k IDR/day from 7 days, 65k IDR/day from 28 days. Best for: staying in the same area.
- Comfort (110–125cc, e.g. Honda Vario): 135k IDR/day from 2 days, 110k IDR/day from 7 days, 92k IDR/day from 28 days. Best for: exploring around.
- Premium (150–160cc, e.g. Yamaha NMAX): 180k IDR/day from 2 days, 155k IDR/day from 7 days, 105k IDR/day from 28 days. Best for: riding with a passenger, longer distances.
- Sport (250–260cc, e.g. Yamaha XMAX): 340k IDR/day from 2 days, 280k IDR/day from 7 days, 180k IDR/day from 28 days. Best for: long journeys and premium comfort.

Cheapest possible rate: 65k IDR/day (Budget category, 28 days or more).
Single-day rentals carry a 50% surcharge on the daily rate, to cover same-day
delivery and pickup. From 2 days onward the standard daily rate applies.

The total shown in the app before you confirm is the total you pay. There are no
counter fees, cleaning fees or paperwork fees.

- Seminyak: typical delivery 30–60 min. Recommended category: budget.
- Uluwatu: typical delivery 45–90 min. Recommended category: premium.

You book a category rather than a specific model; the exact model delivered
depends on availability within that category.

## Requirements

An international driving permit (IDP) with the motorcycle "A" category,
alongside your home licence, is legally required to ride a scooter in Indonesia.
Police checks are common in Canggu and around Seminyak.

### Do I need to leave a deposit or my passport?
No. aioride never asks for a cash deposit and never keeps your passport. You book and pay securely in the app, that’s it.

### Is delivery really free?
Yes — we deliver the scooter to your villa, hotel or guesthouse anywhere in our coverage zones for free, and pick it up at the end of your rental.

### What is included in the price?
Two helmets, a phone holder, roadside assistance and free delivery are included with every rental. The price you see in the app is the price you pay.

### Can I extend my rental?
Yes, directly from the app in a few taps — no phone calls, no renegotiation. Weekly and monthly discounts apply automatically.

### What happens if I have a problem with the scooter?
Open the app and report the issue — our incident flow guides you through it and our team responds 7 days a week. Roadside assistance is included.

### Do I need an international driving permit?
