Rider reviews

We're new, and we'd rather show you nothing than show you something made up. This page fills with real reviews as riders finish their rentals.

No reviews yet — and none invented.

Plenty of rental sites open with a wall of five-star quotes nobody wrote. We'd rather earn ours. Reviews here will only ever come from completed rentals, published with the rider's first name, their area and the month they rode.

What we commit to in the meantime

No deposit, and your passport stays with you
We never hold cash or documents. Nothing to argue about at pickup.
The price in the app is the price charged
Free delivery and pickup in Canggu, Seminyak and Uluwatu, two helmets, a phone holder and roadside assistance are included. A one-day rental carries a 50% surcharge, and we say so before you pay, not after.
Something goes wrong, you report it in the app
The incident flow reaches our team directly, seven days a week.
